1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India, to all serviceable pin codes covered by our courier partners.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
3. Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery: 3-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location
- Metro cities typically receive orders faster than remote or rural areas
- You will receive tracking details via SMS/email/WhatsApp within 1-2 days of dispatch
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders across India, with no minimum order value.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on most pin codes, subject to a confirmation call or message to verify your order before dispatch
- A small COD verification/surcharge may apply on select orders — this will be clearly shown at checkout
- Orders not confirmed within 48 hours of the confirmation attempt may be cancelled
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can also check your order status by contacting us directly with your order number.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable courier partners, occasional delays can happen due to weather, regional disruptions, or courier issues. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier and keep you updated.
8. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
